Who am I?

Hi there! My name is Kait and I'm a scientist and an artist. I try to combine these two areas of my life to create illustrations depicted our natural world and different elements in it. I also love to travel and am in my final year of undergrad. Currently I am working on creating and illustrating a plant guide for the Front Range of Colorado, and trying to figure out what will be next after I graduate in May.

What is This Blog About?

This blog is about a variety of things. A lot of what I post about involves art or nature (or both!) These are passion areas of mine that I can't seem to get enough of, so I hope you enjoy what I have to say! I've also recently caught the travel bug by spending two weeks in Iceland, so I plan to post some stories about my time there, as well as discuss travel in general and more specifically, my future travel plans!
